How Do I Create My Account?

Creating a customer account is simple and hassle-free. To create your account, follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Account" button on our website.
2. Enter your email address and any other required information.
3. Follow the prompts to complete your account setup.

Logging In

Logging in is even easier. Our customer accounts let you log in using a one-time 6-digit verification code sent to your email. A password isn't required to log in! Once logged in, you can monitor your order status, view your order history, update your account information, and easily reorder your favorite items.

If you have a Shop account, then you will be prompted to sign in with Shop, or you can still log in with a one-time code sent to your email. Both methods allow you to sign in or create an account. If you are signed in with Shop, you will reach checkout with saved shopping information pre-filled, defaulting you to checkout in one tap with Shop Pay.

If you have already made a purchase, you can log in and manage your account without any extra steps.

If you log in with an email address that’s not associated with an existing customer account, then a new customer account is created automatically under your new email address.
